ELLWOOD Group, Inc. (EGI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Denny Adelung as Director of Business Development, Oil and Gas, located in Houston, Texas. Denny will report to COO, Ben Huffman, and work in collaboration with EGI operating division Presidents to strategically coordinate and enhance the integrated delivery of products and services to ELLWOOD customers.

Prior to joining EGI, Denny spent over 40 years working in the Oil and Gas sector. His extensive experience both domestically and internationally includes 30 years with Schlumberger, retiring as US GeoMarket Manager, and 8 years with National Oilwell Varco (NOV) where he worked as Senior VP for Operations and Sales and retired as Senior VP Global Accounts. Denny attended the University of Texas and was a faculty member of the NOV/Purdue University Training program. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, American Association of Drilling Engineers, American Petroleum Institute, and Independent Association of Drilling Contractors.

Denny and his wife make their home in Sugarland, Texas.
