Operating from multiple locations in Western Pennsylvania, our forging presses, extensive sophisticated heat treatment and rough machining capabilities, testing expertise and rigorous quality assurance programs earn us the distinction of being the leader in the open-die forging industry.
Together, we have the capability and flexibility to produce complex open-die forgings from carbon, alloy, stainless, tool steel, nickel alloys and aluminum in weights up to 70,000 pounds, in lengths up to 57 feet, and in diameters up to 135 inches.
Because we can produce such a broad variety of components, we are proud to see our products play integral roles in a wide array of essential industrial applications around the world.
