C&J Cladding, an ISO 9002 company, is the recognized leader in North America for Inconel cladding of subsea, surface, offshore and marine wellhead production components. C&J provides custom engineered welding solutions and post weld heat treatment services to global oilfield equipment manufacturers and a network of world-class machine shops.

C&J has numerous computer automated welding machines in an environmentally-controlled 16,000 sq. ft. production facility. C&J is recognized for its technical expertise, quality and superior service with over 200 weld procedures approved by DNV, ABS and major oil field equipment suppliers.

C&J employs 47 skilled nonunion employees and will be operated as a separate business unit. Bill Lawrence and Jeff Hoye, the previous owners of the company will remain with the company. Bill Lawrence will take on all profit and loss responsibilities as Managing Director and report to Jorge Correa while Jeff Hoye will manage all commercial activities as the Commercial Director. This business unit will work in concert with EMW and other ELLWOOD companies to expand EGI’s offering of turn-key Oil and Gas components while continuing to supply cladding services to its present customer base.
