Ellwood Group, Inc. (EGI) in agreement to acquire the assets of Wolf Creek Machine, Inc. of Grove City, PA

With an effective date of October 9, 2017 ELLWOOD Group has agreed to purchase the assets of Wolf Creek Machine Inc., a Grove City based specialist in machining large forgings. WC Machine will become an operating unit of EGI’s open die forging business, the ELLWOOD City Forge Group (ECFG).

The acquisition of Wolf Creek Machine will add valuable machining capability and capacity to ELLWOOD City Forge Group and allow for continued growth in strategic markets. WC Machine will be led by General Manager Brendan Noone and supported by Bill Nardone, VP of Operations, and the rest of ECFG’s capable team.

We welcome WC Machine to the ELLWOOD City Forge Group and look forward to growing our future together.
