Effective November 1, 2016, ELLWOOD Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Patrick F. Callihan as President of ELLWOOD Engineered Castings (EEC), reporting to the COO of the company. Pat will replace the retiring Dan Rhoads.

Pat joined EEC in 2012 as Vice President of Technical Services and was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2013. Pat holds many quality certifications from the American Society for Quality and is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. His extensive experience includes Ward Manufacturing Company, Indalex Aluminum Company, and Wheatland Tube Company where he was Plant Manager.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Material Science from Youngstown State University (YSU), a Master of Science in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from YSU, and a Doctorate of Engineering in Systems Engineering, Reliability, and Quality from Cleveland State University.

Pat and his wife, Kimberly, and their two children reside in Youngstown, OH.
