Built on ELLWOOD Quality Steels’ foundation of world-class steelmaking know-how, ELLWOOD National Steel was chartered in 2005 to meet the ever-increasing demands of forging industry customers for high quality, low cost ingots. First expanding ELLWOOD Quality Steels’ manufacturing capacity and then extending our capabilities by commissioning a vacuum oxygen decarburization unit for efficient, high-quality stainless steel and nickel-based alloy production and expanded ability to produce electroslag and vacuum arc re-melted ingots, ELLWOOD National Steel is an integral part of ELLWOOD Quality Steels’ success.
