I am pleased to announce the appointment of Rich Davis as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of ELLWOOD Group, Inc., effective as soon as feasible given Rich’s ELLWOOD City Forge (ECF) responsibilities.

Rich will report to me and be responsible for playing a key role in developing strategic plans and providing financial leadership and direction for EGI and its subsidiaries. He will have direct oversight for EGI’s Finance/Accounting and Information Technology Departments and indirect oversight of similar functions as the Business Units.

Since 2007, Rich as has served as Director of Finance at ECF and was heavily involved with the 2014 acquisition of ELLWOOD Ohio Machine. He previously worked as Controller for ELLWOOD National Forge from 2005-2006 and as Assistant Controller and Senior Cost Analyst at ELLWOOD Quality Steels from 1997-2004.

Rich holds both a Master’s of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Youngstown State University, where he majored in Accounting. Rich and his wife, Paula, and their three children reside in Poland, Ohio.
